Programs for 2004-2005
PSEE is providing $10,000 to PUSD this fall for a variety of programs. These programs were selected based on the recommendations of the Advisory Board which in the spring of 2004. · $750 for String Bass for Amador HS · $400 for a clarinet and $200 for a microphone for Hart MS · $400 for a digital camera for Harvest Park MS · $250 for Glockenspeil for Donlon Elementary · $1,000 for science program at Fairlands Elementary · $200 for Ecology Club at Pleasanton MS · $1,200 for a choir instructor for the Village Choir · $4,000 for piano accompanist for the High Schools (split Amador and Foothill) · $1,000 for spot light for performance hall at Foothill HS · $500 to continue Village Photography Program (film and processing) · $80 for piano tuning

PSEE is providing $6,250 to PUSD this fall for a variety of programs. These programs were selected based on the recommendations of the Advisory Board which in the spring of 2003. · $950 for Strings 2000 to buy more instruments and sheet music · $1,200 for a choir instructor for the Village Choir · $4,000 for piano accompanist for the High Schools (split Amador and Foothill) · $300 for Teaching Arts to Teachers instructor stipend · $500 to continue Village Photography Program (film and processing) This year’s funding includes a small reallocation of unspsent funds from 2002-2003
Strings 2000 continues into Middle School
Strings 2000 began in the Fall of 2000 with 450 elementary students enrolled in string instruction over the 9 elementary schools. The district funded the instructor while a joint partnership provided instruments for use at the school sites.
