Improve, enhance, enrich, and expand programs for District students in the fields of:

Provide funds on a continuing basis directed towards helping students achieve success and a high level of self-esteem.

Manage and allocate its resources in partnership with donors, the District, parents, students, and the local
community.

Maximize donated funds by working with local business and other organizations to bring together available community
resources.

Ensure long-term program impact by investing funds and providing interest to District which ensures funds year to year for designated programs.
